Motion Designer
About the Role and Responsibilities:
As a Motion Designer you should be skilled in designing Video creatives for Facebook and Instagram Ads. You should have skills in logo animation and Video reels for Social Media. You should have an interest and be aware of the latest trends of social media.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and editing visual pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Taking a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
- Reviewing script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Motion Designer / Visual Artist
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing softwares (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro +, Davinci Resolve)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Familiarity with SFX, 3D and compositing
- Sound editing using Adobe Audition
- Creative mind and storytelling skills

Salary :
₹25k – ₹30k (based on assignment and interview performance)
Timings:
Monday to Saturday 09:00 am – 06:00 pm, Work From Office
